All hens were either hatched by us or Murray McMurray Hatchery.

mixed breed (any combination of the above mixed with the rooster breeds)
Roosters
All roosters were either hatched by us or Murray McMurray Hatchery.

Chicks
All hens & roosters we have were either hatched by us or Murray McMurray Hatchery.

Currently there are no chicks available for purchase.

If you would like a specific breed or cross, please contact us to make a special request. There may be additional fees for special requests.

Chicks will be a cross of any of the breeds listed above under Hens and under Roosters
​Day old chick pricing, straight run only:
barnyard mix (completely random) = $3
custom cross or purebred chosen by us = $5
custom cross or purebred chosen by customer = $6
​
All chicks will either be incubator hatched or hatched by a broody hen. All chicks will be given water with electrolytes immediately upon placement in the brooder.
​
After the first week of age, chick price will go up by approximately $1 per week or until they reach the pullet/young rooster pricing for their "breed".

Pullets & Young Roosters
Currently there are no pullets or young roosters available for purchase.

Pricing for pullets:
$10 each for mixed breed, unless otherwise specified
$15-$30 each for purebred or specialty cross, unless otherwise specified

$8 each for mixed breed, unless otherwise specified
$13-$25 each for purebred or specialty cross, unless otherwise specified
Eggs
Eating Eggs ("farm fresh"/not washed & are counter stored, not intended for hatching, random colors) = $3/dozen or $4.50/18 ct
Hatching Eggs (barnyard mix) = $12/dozen
Hatching Eggs (custom cross, or purebred) = $18/dozen

A note about hatching eggs:
We cannot guarantee any kind of hatch rate. The reason we cannot make any guarantees is because there are too many factors that go into a successful hatch. We can guarantee to the best of our knowledge and abilities that our hens & roosters are fertile and that we have gathered and handled the fertile eggs appropriately. If you do have a very poor hatch rate please contact us as we never want a customer left disappointed.
